Eligibility for Return and Refund
  • In case the item delivered to you is faulty, broken, or not working as expected, you can request a return and refund.

  • To return a product, please send your order information (with a detailed description of the problem).
Returns
  • Our support team will evaluate the problem and advise on how to send the item back.
  • The product will be accepted back with the original packaging, all installed accessories, and user manuals.
  • We do not process returns when the products have been used past normal testing or even due to a change in preference.
Refund Procedure
  • Refunds are only issued when the returned product is faulty, broken, or non-functional after being returned and delivered.
  • After return approval, the refund will be made through a bank transfer to the customer.
  • The customer has to give their bank details for making a refund.
  • The refund will be processed within a few business days after the return is accepted.
